A food philosophy trending is the reducetarian movement. A reducetarian is engaging in the ‘practice of eating less meat - red meat, poultry, and seafood - as well as less dairy and fewer eggs, regardless of the degree or motivation.’ This philosophy is centred on making more mindful choices for themselves and society, not an ‘all-or-nothing’ restrictive diet.
