Like many farmers, Con Rommens, owner of Roga Dairy Farm in Melrose, New Brunswick is an early riser.
On the morning of February 5th, he awoke as usual at 4:20 AM and headed to his barn.
After he finished feeding the cats, he glanced across the length of the barn and to his horror saw that the weight of snow on the barn had caused the roof to cave in.
Thankfully no life was lost, but dairy farmer Con Rommens has some valuable advice to share.
