The Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario are holding a Preserving the Harvest seminar on September 9th in Guelph, Ontario. It is time to think about how you will store your harvest. This workshop will look at how you can store vegetables, herbs and fruit for later use. Techniques that will be discussed include dehydration, canning, pickling, freezing and fermenting.
