Icebox Molasses Cookies
This week’s Hump Day Dinner Highlight comes from childhood memories of Nova Scotia and molasses cookies on my grandparents’ homestead. Our family would travel first to New Brunswick and then down to the South Shore of Nova Scotia every summer. My Aunt Flora of Sable River, NS (all the kids called her Bowie) made delicious cookies. My favourite was her icebox molasses cookies or gingersnaps. I am happy to share this recipe. All the best of the Season!
