Instructions
- Put your chicken on to boil. meanwhile:
- Grate your potatoes; squeeze off the starch
- Add salt and pepper, onions (grated or diced)
- Pour on boiling hot water and chicken stock -- only add enough water and stock so that you get the same amounts you had when they were grated.
- Break chicken into pieces and add to potatoes.
- Place in 450F oven.
- Cook 2 to 3 hours.
Please note, do not use any grease or fat in the mix or on top of it to get golden brown.
