Ingredients
- Salmon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 TSP soy sauce
- 2 TSP lime juice
- Pinch of hot pepper flakes
- 1 glove garlic
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Place salmon in shallow dish.
- In a bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, lime juice, hot pepper flakes, garlic and pepper.
- Pour over salmon and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or longer).
- Place salmon on foil-lined baking sheet. Roast in 450F oven. Broil 15-20 MINUTES.
